Microtronics impact force gauges have been designed to meet the requirements of these standards in testing automatic electric gates. Two models are available; Blue Force and Speed Force.
They are physically similar but Blue Force, our top of the range impact force gauge, has Bluetooth wireless communication for wireless uploading and archiving of data to a PC.
Both models automatically; detect a trigger force, measure force as a function of time for six seconds, calculate the parameters required to characterise the impact event and store results for up to 50 tests. These stored values, the 'dynamic force', 'dynamic time', 'static force' and the 'final force', can be displayed on the gauge, or archived to a PC via a serial cable or Bluetooth wireless communication.
